As a previous winner of pirate day, I can honestly say we had the best time ever,from solving clues to stealing another team's treasure it was a great family event. The destinations we travelled to through the day were brilliant so credit to the organisers. To top it off the entertainment at the Old Cross in the evening was excellent. So if anybody out there is after a fun family day out and want to help raise money for charity then I hope to see you in June and let's set sail together. Ok? Arrgghh!!

Fantastic day had by all. Kid friendly, a definite family day out!! All done for chosen charities. The look on people's faces when we turn up in our troops all wearing our pirate gear is one of complete amazement if not a little FOMO moment also. Don't miss out on an amazing fun filled day of fun, games, challenges and of course the odd beer. Come on pirates get booked in and join the utter madness!!

This is an absolutely fabulous day! It's a day for families friends and just about anyone that wants a fun packed, clue solving, train hopping, rock paper scissor game playing day out. The work that goes into it by the organisers is amazing, all done in their own time and all for charity. I really can not tell you what a brilliant day this is. The banter between teams is so funny and after returning to The Old Cross at the end of the day there is an evening of great entertainment. So get your Pirate gear on and join in the fun, you will not be disappointed !

This is a great family day not to be missed. It is so much fun. We have taken part every year (even won one year) and it does not disappoint. Great for adults and kids of all ages, as all of the pubs are family-friendly. Last year there were more than 100 pirates turn up. You can imagine the looks we got when getting on the train. It is evident that there is so much work and effort that goes into the organisation of this event and IT IS ALL FOR CHARITY. I highly recommend people get their teams together and get registered for a great day of fun and laughter. You may also find some treasure on your way.

Fantastic day out for all the family. Fun filled day raising money for charities whilst solving cryptic clues that determine your route. Such a clever, well planned, exciting, fore filling & enjoyable event. Fast becoming Langley’s biggest event!! Highly recommended.

Wow!! What an absolutely incredible day. Over 200 pirates making their way through the West Midlands by public transport is an image I will never forget. Brilliantly planned, brilliantly attended, brilliant day and to top it all, £6000 raised for charity. If you watched in awe and are wondering whether to take part next year, make sure you do. Langley’s biggest event of the year is only going to get bigger!! Aarrrggghh 🏴☠️🏴☠️

We’ve participated the past two years and it’s honestly become one of the highlights of our year! Such an incredible and well thought out event raising money for genuine, well deserving charities. Such clever riddles to solve, anyone who loves quests and travelling around to new places will love this too! We’re already super excited for our third year 🥰
